Honeybee colonies reproduce by casting off a swarm of bees from the mother colony; the cast is typically about 10,000 bees. Swarming is mainly a Spring phenomenon but may occur at any time of the year.
A swarm of bees hanging in a tree, on your house, car or even clustered on the ground may frighten you, though the bees are usually not aggressive at this stage of their life cycle.
We are equipped and ready to remove your unwanted bees. Call or text us and we will remove the bees free of charge.
Honeybee colonies occasionally move into open spaces in a home's wall or between floor joists. These hives may be weeks, months or even years old and could be quite large. You may only see a few bees at a time entering the home but there could be thousands inside.
Please do not try to exterminate these bees. If you are successful in killing the colony, you will be leaving behind honey, honeycomb, brood and other food resources. What is left behind will attract ants, roaches, mice and other pest.
We currently do not perform removals but we are familiar with experts that may be of service to you. Call or text us and we will provide names of these experts.
